Designed by HKS Architects in collaboration with ROAM Interior Design, the development blends contemporary design with natural Caribbean textures. Each residence and villa is crafted to highlight sweeping ocean views, abundant natural light, and a seamless indoor-outdoor experience inspired by Antigua’s white sands and turquoise waters.
Owners and guests will enjoy access to the Nikki Beach Club, Café Nikki & Escape Restaurant, and a range of private concierge services. The resort’s amenities include resort-style pools with beachfront lounging, water sports, and the 11,000-square-foot Nikki Spa + Tone Gym, which features advanced wellness therapies such as red-light, hyperbaric, and IV treatments.
