  1. I thought we had gone into a direction of empowering locals. We have more than enough local Antiguan contractors that can construct concrete roads. So far example the concrete road that is now being constructed in light foot on the opposite side of the old BBC entrance or adjacent to the Resturant and Bar. The ministry of works is doing the sidewalk , the ministry of work prepared the base. The ministry of works is providing the concrete from its concrete plant back of Sir. Viv Stadium. The black slaves – foreman , masons and laborers all NiGGERS doing the work. Who is the contractor that is getting paid to do this job Turner ? Syrians- Lou Brother. Don’t have to lift a finger. All they have to do is collect the money, which Mr. Baba built house will pay in record time.
PM I always speak highly of you as a financial expert. If I ever see anything like this happen again. I will withdraw my strong support for you.
The black Caribbean politicians have sold out and continue selling us out for a few pieces of silver. Kickbacks!
