  1. The government is bleeding money, hiring equipment that are parked more than they work.
    Those foreigners that own heavy duty equipment that work for the ministry of work are getting free fuel, getting paid and still leaving government work and go on private jobs using the government fuel. It’s better for the government to increase the hourly rates than to be loosing like this.
    Lady Maria I want to see Antigua roads repaired. However, with the limited resources you have the manage that 100 million dollars properly.
