The sticker on the side of the light-duty truck says “Funding provided by the European Union and the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica”. I guess Dominica and the EU couldn’t cough up a little more money to actually buy a purpose-built garbage truck.
What’s the purpose of this news item? What’s the purpose of linking these two events is it a show off article? Or is ANR and Antigua by extension saying that they had a huge garbage problem …lol
