Peetron Thomas, in collaboration with the Work Fu Um Summer Camp 2025, proudly presents the original song entitled “I Know.” Written by Peetron Thomas, produced by Island Trap, and performed by the campers, the song delivers a timely and motivational message of confidence, resilience, and self-belief, just as students prepare to return to school.
Peetron Thomas has actively engaged his students in a taste of stardom, giving each of them the opportunity to experience professional music production firsthand. Every participating student recorded during a full studio session at Island Trap Studio, highlighting the exceptional talent emerging from Antigua and inspiring pride across the nation.
The song is set to be officially released on Monday, 25th August 2025. Additionally, the campers will perform “I Know” live at the Working Dreamers Pageant on Saturday, 30th August 2025, at Suncity (Anchorage Inn) with the event starting at 7:00 PM.
Peetron Thomas shared:
“At the beginning of the camp, I told the parents, ‘If you give me a kid for one month, I am going to turn each of them into superstars.’ With this project, Beyond the Lookout, it is going to be a grand project. This song is uplifting, inspirational, and motivational, especially timely as students go back to school. I am so excited, and seeing them have this opportunity today was amazing.”
The producer at Island Trap added:
“This is one of the first experiences I have had working with so many kids at the same time. I was so happy to see such incredible talent, and it is clear that the future looks very bright for talent in our country.”
