John and Charles, accused of conspiring with Vincentian resident Lonzel Jones to create fake passport bio pages, had their charges dismissed in March due to legal restrictions on conspiracy trials by judge alone.

However, they were recharged, and the case restarted in the Magistrates’ Court.

Their attorneys are seeking dismissal or a trial in the lower court to avoid conviction.

  1. No one is going to talk about fraud everyone knows how things was working smoothly…if u talk then u dead means deadddddddd

  2. This is going the same route as the case of the Attorney who signed the Passport Form to verify that he knew the jumby who was standing directly in front of him and was eventually appointed Attorney General. The Labourites do know what spin to put on this story yet.
