  3. In my personal view if Hell’s Gate and Panache tied for the winners spot then Halcyon should have been awarded 1st runner up and another band 2nd runner up.

    • That’s not how placements are accorded. Halcyon was third, and the two top bands had equal points, and hence were joint winners.
