Sean Combs, known as P Diddy, has been denied bail and will remain in federal custody until his trial on sex trafficking and other charges. During a hearing on September 17, Manhattan Federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky agreed with prosecutors that Combs poses a serious flight risk and could interfere with the investigation.

Prosecutors allege that Combs ran a criminal enterprise involving drugs and violence to exploit women, while hiding his actions. Recent raids uncovered firearms and over 1,000 bottles of lubricant at his properties.

Combs’ lawyer argued that the charges are unjust and proposed a $50 million bond with strict conditions, but this was rejected. Combs, who appeared shocked, pleaded “not guilty” and will face his next court date on September 24.

  2. If he has a CIP passport. Will the government move to pull his citizenship if and when he’s convicted on the indictments?
