Any such structure thst cannot withstand what s called over crowding does not need to be utilized. There is always a limit to persons in an elevator, in a particular area for safety reasons even within a room or building. I hope after restructuring there will be a warning sign with limitations and prohibitions.

When GPH building the fifth berth and the new boardwalk joining that pier to heritage quay… that was the right time to have the entire boardwalk from heritage pier to the nevis street pier done. So please Mr Bullshitter don’t tell us about overcrowding
