Between Monday and Tuesday the Eye Care intiative has seen over four hundred residents.
Over two hundred individuals lined up early Tuesday morning to have their eyes screened at the ongoing eye care mission at the Grace Baptist Church.
The initiative is a collaborative effort between US-based non-profit organisation, Great Shape !nc and the Sandals Foundation.
The service is free of cost and is provides free reading, prescription and sunglasses.
Two hundred and ninety-five residents were screened on Monday, day one.
The initiative will run until Friday, August 30th.

Does anyone know where is Grace Baptist Church located?
It’s on Rowan Henry Street…. (The road on the southern side of the Public Cemetery. Proceed in a westerly direction, and the Grace Baptist Church is the first church you will encounter on the right side of the road. If you’re using Fort Road and coming from St. John’s, it is the second right turn, then proceed in an easterly direction. The church will be the SECOND church on the LEFT. The First church you encounter will be the Church of God of Prophecy.)
