Important Update for St. Peter Constituency By-Elections
The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) has confirmed that individuals who are registered up to November 30, 2024, will be eligible to vote in the upcoming by-elections scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in the St. Peter Constituency.
Residents are urged to ensure their voter registration is up to date to exercise their right to vote. ABEC continues to provide services at the St. Peter Registration Unit with adjusted hours to accommodate the increased demand.

What the point of urging people when the date is already gone. ABLP “fix” seems to be already in.
So if it’s those registered by November 30 are eligible to vote in the by election, why extend the hours of registration at this point when the deadline foe eligible voters has already passed. We are now nearing the end of Decemer. Help me out here plz!!!
Mr TURNER, I AM FROM THE ST.PETERS COMMUNITY. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR THE PASS 4 YEARS , CANT AFFORD TO PAY MY RENT ANYMORE MUCH LESS TO EAT A PROPER MEAL. ITS VERY HARD TO GET A JOB IN THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS A JOB TO TAKE CARE OF MY SELF
