Reports say the doctor placed a call to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) after the victim showed up at the Emergency Room with a gunshot injury to his left forearm.
The wounding incident reportedly occurred at about 10:50 p.m.
Allegations are that the victim was walking south on Agatha Goodwin Street, when he was approached from behind by two armed and masked men.
Reportedly, the taller of the two demanded that the victim surrender his wallet, and the Nut Grove man removed it from his pocket and handed over the $47 it contained.
The other robber then attempted to take a cellular phone from the victim’s back pocket and, in the process, shot him on the
left forearm.
The victim was in a stable condition when he arrived at the hospital; however, he was kept for observation.
Officers reportedly went to the scene to conduct investigations and discovered a pool of blood.
One of the robbers is described as being about 5’10” in height, of a slim build, fair in complexion, and said to be wearing a light grey hoodie and a pair of black joggers. His accomplice is said to be about 5’11” in height and also of a slim build, and he was wearing a black- and-white hooded shirt.

No anger should be pointed a politicians who are just a discussion away from the solution. The police has to start do profiling, you dress a kind of way like camouflage clothing in black or hooded shirt or head stocking as if it’s just for keeping long corn rolls covered, just pick you up off the street and interrogate, don’t worry about any lawyer crying constitution violation, but the catch is it has to be done in an indiscriminate mannered, meaning both white and blacks treated the same.
