NHC Monitoring Two Additional Systems for Possible Cyclone Development

The United States National Hurricane Center (NHC) is monitoring two weather systems for potential tropical cyclone formation, in addition to tracking Tropical Storm Dexter.

One system is located off the southeastern coast of the United States, while the other is a tropical wave moving westward off the coast of Africa. According to the NHC, both systems have been assigned a medium (orange) chance of developing into tropical cyclones within the next seven days.
