Further to our notice in respect of restricted access to Sand Haven Beach at Dickenson Bay last month, we regret to advise that we must extend the restriction access that was issued until February 15, 2019. Our work completion has been delayed due to unfavorable sea conditions.
As noted before, the purpose of the closure is to facilitate the laying of
underground and subsea pipelines by The West Indies Oil Company, Limited (WIOC). The closure of this section of the beach is
necessary to ensure the safety of the users of the beach and small craft
operators.
In the untimely event that we encounter further delays, the public will be advised accordingly. Once again, Management regrets any inconvenience caused by this delay.
