All Air operators, non-national media personnel, motor vessels and marine craft operators wishing to travel to Barbuda are advised to seek permission from the National Office of Disaster Services.
The request must be made 24 hours in advance except in cases of extreme emergencies.
Clearance will have to be made with the Operations Officer of the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) Major Alando Michael or Director of NODS Philmore Mullin.
