On Saturday, Mount St. John’s Medical Centre (MSJMC) welcomed Pink Panther Safari as a new sponsor for its upcoming pinkPARTY on October 19th, 2017. The sponsorship value included a donation of over three thousand dollars.
Pink Panther Safari is a female-only operated sightseeing tour around the major landmarks of Antigua in customized pink Land Rovers.
Now in its seventh year, the MSJMC pinkPARTY is one of Antigua’s premiere events to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer. Funds raised from the event are donated to Breast Friends; a breast cancer awareness and support group in Antigua & Barbuda.
“This Sponsorship is a testament to the power of our shared mission of ending breast cancer,” said MSJMC Head of Marketing & Communications, Salma Crump.
“Our hospital is dedicated to this cause. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide – And being able to partner with a company whose emphasis is empowering women in the hospitality industry makes this generous show of support even more meaningful.”
