  1. Two persons of integrity … lol…I wonder what yardstick men with no integrity would use to appoint person of integrity. Oh yes. Words come with relative meanings!

  2. @ Duncy looks like none of the other names mentioned have any integrity so they are forced to look outside for two…..

  3. That’s crazy where would the come up with theee
Numbers. In other To grow or have a dispensary in Cali the license are not expensive. We need to stand up to this government. Theses no civilian unbiased person on the panel at all. The corporation that come to do business there should have to pay this price but not a local persons. I’m upset that The rastas don’t have a greattrer influence on what’s taking place there. I wanted to help develop this business here. I have to experience from attending school for Mmj in Cali and know the truth about this business. But again sometimes your skin is your sin even in your own country. To the wealthy goes all the spoils.

Good Luck my melon aided people . We want to be home and our people in power ack just like the colonizers . We the people we have nothing until we stand up for what’s right.❤️🖤💚✊🏿

  4. What is the meaning of integrity? according to this article, a dunce like me do not know.
A Lab for the manufacturing of Cannabis medicine but no Forensic Lab. for CRIME analysis so women can be rape at will and murders can walk the streets free. Barbados and Jamaica Lab cannot be paid to release Crime forensic results. No proper exhibit rooms to store exhibits from mold and rodents but Cannabis is getting a Lab. Where does the priority lies. Oh Antigua land of nothing but shame…………

  5. I knew it. We are already PRICED OUT. Why the hell does a license need to cost that much ? O My GoD. I guess this ensures only the rich and elite will continue to reap the profits.

  6. Who decided on the price for licenses? That should of waited untill the board was set up. That price is ridiculous and only rensures that local farmers will be kept out of the market. When will we learn? This is a product that if done properly could bring allot of money to the locals. But it can also make foreigners rich off of OUR local soil. My question is this … Shouldn’t we make it a local only investment program? At least at first. If not enough local interest then we can allow foreigners. But locals should get first dabs!!!
