Several people were charged by police on Monday for committing a number of drugs related offences on the weekend. Shadesha Phillip of Grays Farm was charged with possession of 86.5 grams of cannabis and possession with intent to transfer. Police carried out a search at her home on Saturday and found the illegal substance in her possession. The drug was seized a she was taken into custody and charged.
Meanwhile, 26yr-old Dujon Nugent of Union Road Hatton, along with 27yr-old Sean Charles of Tindale Road, and 27yr-old Jahmarley Bachelor of Cashew Hill were jointly charged with possession of 115.3 grams of cannabis. Police found the illegal drugs in their possession during a search of a property at Cashew Hill on Friday.
They were taken into custody and charged. They are all expected before the Court on Tuesday.
