  1. NO PLACE TO RUN OR HIDE

    Amazing, but certainly not ‘…Grace.’

The ‘…ever helpful Bargain senior Center employee.’

Most likely ‘…Intelligence Gathering.’ Besides that is what effective searches are all about.

Understand, the officers were not merely searching bedrooms, but the entire premises and those in occupation of such premises.

Generally, women are mortally afraid of guns. As had been the professional experience, upon the surprised visit by the officers, with ‘…No Place to Run or Hide,’ one of the males may have hastily concealed it in the female’s bedroom.

At trial, however, one of the males ‘…father or brother’ may lay claim to possession. Seems likely, that the ‘sun’ will set on the ‘…father’s son.’

The others so charged are likely to have their charges withdrawn. Normal prosecutorial practice.

Though they enjoy the prevailing constitutional ‘…presumption of innocence,’ still say, they were ‘…crazy’ to have such weapon around where it could easily be found.

This is premised in the light of recent amendments to the Firearms Act.

Even without the option of a fine, if considered, it could be ‘…distressingly troubling.’

    Good luck, George.

  2. How the hell did they get ahold of such riffle, and how did it get into our country?? Lord help this beautiful nation of mine.

  3. To be arrested and charged must have been quite a joy for this young man. His smile would almost seem to suggest that he had just been told that he won a million dollars in a lottery. I guess it’s just another day in paradise for him.

  4. HELLISH-WEEKEND

It was a photo of a ‘….smile in good times.’

    It might be better now.

His sister Saida Kelser Twila Joseph 29, having taken the family-trio through a ‘…Hellish-Weekend,’ pleaded guilty to possessing the ‘…firearm and ammunition’ [March 11, 2019].

The weapon and ammunition were actually found in her bedroom [March 9, 2019].

The charges against ‘…her father George and brother Kelsey Joseph’ were withdrawn.

They were discharged by the Court, while she was remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) pending sentence in the week.

In view of recent amendments to the Firearms Act,’ consideration of a fine could be hefty.
