This project was arranged by the Gaston Browne administration since taking office and is further evidence of the deep and abiding relationship between Antigua and Barbuda and the People’s Republic of China.

This is the third project undertaken by China in the Grays/Green Community during the tenure of three Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) Administrations.

The Multipurpose Centre was the first and the Grays Farm gutter the second.
