The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) says it will be relocating its Lower High Street Branch in the coming weeks.

The company said the decision was made with careful consideration for the convenience of customers and to satisfy the growing demand for an alternate outlet on the outskirts of St. John’s City.

“This satellite location will be equipped to facilitate transactions for the full complement of services and products offered by the Authority: Electricity, Water and Telecoms (inet),” APUA said in a news release.

The Authority did not name the new location.

  1. A utilities company yet you can’t pay your bills directly online. That is the way the corporation needs to go.

    • I pay my water, electricity, and internet bills online every single month. Pay my family member’s own online too. Can’t tell when last I’ve been in an APUA building. Don’t have that time.

      • That’s news to me.i know ApUa and some of the banks have an arrangement for you to put via your online bank account. Is this you are referring to?

        • She doesn’t seem to understand what ONLINE payment is. The bank passes on the money to the utilities company as a third party. APUA does not have any online payment anything. They dont even have stable internet.
