16. It takes a village to raise a child. All of us need to make an investment in these young people. One of the phenomena in our societies is that “children are making children” so the parents too need guidance. It’s complicated and collectively all these young humans need support and guidance. We all have skin in the game if we are to achieve success in dealing with this issue.

22. The children will continue in their crime spree because the Law in this country has no value. If a child can commit a heinous crime he can serve time in prison. Stop tapping them on the back. Put them in jail. Big man crime spend big man jail. This law makers who administer justice in this land are forcing parents to commit vigilante justice For their children.

23. There are larger countries without these types of crimes. This behavior is mostly found in the western world. Too much copy cats and following negative influences. Time to take the bull by the horn. Time to look at a more holistic approach to the human development. All we take about is getting rich and economic powerhouse. You hear nothing about morality, accountability and good governance.
    In addition to a better structured education system, where we can trace every child right through, they must enroll in the cadets from 3 form. If they are not going on to further their education two years of military service a must.
    You cannot build an economic powerhouse with this level of delinquency, crime and violence- coming from the youth- who should be tomorrow leaders.
    It only takes 1 bad apple to spoil the entire bunch. Just a handful of delinquent youth can destroy this nation. Time is running out !!!

25. This is what happens when we put laws in place to benefit killers. Two gangs full of young men that have killed and hospitalized many people of varying ages have just been granted immunity from their atrocious crimes and are now being given jobs and training so they can start a new life. If I as a 25 year old man were to even say I was in a gang I would get arrested but they get away free because they young? This is what will continue to happen when we have figure heads instead of leaders and policy makers. The youths don’t care about laws because the laws clearly have no effect on them.
