New Political Party The Antigua and Barbuda National Congress Will Not Contest April 30 General Election

The Antigua & Barbuda National Congress (ABNC) will not contest the General Elections scheduled for April 30, 2026.

As a new entity, we continue to build, listen and prepare in order to serve the people of Antigua and Barbuda the right way – with steadfast leadership.

While Prime Minister Gaston Browne has the constitutional authority to call early elections, we wish to emphatically state that the process should primarily serve the interest of the people and not political convenience or timing.

We continue in hope for a purposeful future and the opportunity to deliver meaningful change.

  1. This upcoming election will be the nail in the coffin for Antigua if this corrupt administration pull off their blatant manipulation of the election process..just too corrupt, and the world is watching.

Little Antigua have had some of the biggest news in all of the Carribean in the past 6 years, from tear gassing their own voters over the not taking of a COVID vaccine, to the thief of millions in cars from their own party workers.

And don’t forget the many news cycles between those two events that was just too distasteful to even read about, from the killing of a sitting MP to the loosing of visa privileges to Canada and the US.

The world is watching people..do not think for once that the corruption that is happening in Antigua is isolated, because it’s not.

Social media has brought the Gospel to all parts of the earth, so bet believe that same social media will be used to expose everything.

All will be revealed as promised..facts!!!
