  1. With the new contract made by the Pan association, they now need to create new ways to grow their finances year round and don’t wait till next year carnival to complain.
We need to have more competition with the same competing bands throughout the year, leading up to carnival panorama. Pan on the beach and Pan in the park should be continued, but be more creative. I suggest something like a real classical competition, let’s see how musically inclined our young arrangers really are, then you have someone like Mr Robert’s as one of the judges.
This will be the same format as our carnival panorama, but you playing clssic so you know dress code should be formal. Once again we need to have Pan back in the countryside like it once was and am gonna keep on preaching this cause their are youths in the country that wants to be seen on stage also come panorama night. Chet your band in the east should be up and jamming by now.
