A witness said he saw the Steve “Crypto” Urlings in Booby Alley about an hour before Albert “Pressure Man” Browne was killed there on September 1, 2014.
This person has become a major witness for the prosecution although he was not part of the original witness list when Urlings’ murder trial began last Monday.
He was only added this week after another witness mentioned last week he had seen him in the alley on the night of the shooting incident.
This witness told the court he saw the gunman shoot Browne and said the person was wearing a white long sleeve shirt with short khaki pants and there was a handkerchief covering a portion of his face.
He then told the court the shooter was Urlings and he had seen him earlier that night at the different part of the alley dressed in the same clothing.
He said at that time the defendant was talking to another man and there was nothing covering his face.
