**Title: Clarification and Apology from Mother Regarding CPS Incident**
Iesha Mason, the mother who recently spoke out about her children’s removal by Child Protective Services (CPS), has provided a clarification regarding the location of the incident. Mason wants to apologize for any confusion caused and offer a clear perspective on the matter.
In her statement, Mason explained that the incident she described actually took place in Grenada, not Antigua as previously indicated. She expressed regret for any misunderstanding that may have arisen from the initial report.
“I want to apologize for any confusion caused by my previous statements. The incident with CPS and the removal of my children occurred in Grenada, not Antigua,” Mason clarified.
Furthermore, Mason extended her apologies to the relevant authorities in Antigua and the child ANR for not clarifying the jurisdiction in her previous statements regarding the CPS incident. She acknowledged the importance of accurate information and expressed her desire for understanding and support during this challenging time.
“I also apologize to the relevant authorities in Antigua and ANR for not clarifying the jurisdiction in my previous statements. I appreciate the opportunity to correct this and seek understanding and support as we navigate through this difficult situation,” Mason added.
This clarification serves to ensure accuracy in reporting and to provide a clear understanding of the circumstances surrounding the CPS incident from Mason’s perspective.

ST, GEORGES, GRENADA: Iesha Mason, a distressed mother of three, has come forward with allegations against Child Protective Services (CPS), claiming that her children were removed from her care in a manner she deems unjust and violent. CLICK HERE TO JOIN OUR WHATS APP GROUP
Mason recounted the traumatic incident, stating that CPS agents forcibly entered her rented residence, physically assaulted her, threatened her partner with a weapon, and took custody of her children without providing a clear explanation.
“The way they came was not right. They broke into our place, beat me up, pulled a Cutlass on my partner, and took away our youngest child.
For the first two children, they also broke in, fought with me, and took them. We don’t understand why they have kept our kids for almost four years now, and CPS refuses to give us any answers,” Mason expressed with frustration.
According to Mason, she was informed by someone within the government that her children would be returned to her, but CPS has failed to do so.
Instead, she claims that CPS has fabricated allegations against her and her partner, leading to legal proceedings for the custody of their own children.
“We are being lied about, and there are things written on paper that we know nothing about. CPS is using these tactics to keep our kids in their care,” Mason added, highlighting the emotional toll and uncertainty her family has endured.
Mason also voiced concerns about the response from government officials, questioning if Prime Minister involvement and expressing disillusionment with the perceived lack of action and clarity in her case.
“It feels like a drama, with too much pressure on us. Ministers seem to be avoiding this issue, and we feel lost in a maze of conflicting information,” Mason lamented.
In her plea for justice and transparency, Mason appealed for attention to her plight, emphasizing the need for a genuine and caring response from authorities regarding the well-being and future of her children beyond the confines of the courtroom.
