Richards, who resides in Yorks but is originally from Parham, is described as being 6 feet tall and approximately 200 lbs, with a brown complexion. He is known to frequently wear a hat.
Concerned relatives, including his mother, Dian Clarke, are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
Individuals who may have seen Richards or have relevant details are asked to contact his family or the police at 268-772-5745.

THIS GOES DECADES BACK. “MISS MINNIE” AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHO SUFFERED BIPOLAR 2 DISORDER WENT MISSING IN 1995. 30 YEARS AGO AND WAS NEVER FOUND. THEN YOU HAVE SO MANY UNSOLVED MURDERS AND CRIMES. WE STILL DONT KNOW WHO KILLED OBSTINATE’S SISTER, CUT OFF HER HEAD AND DUMPED HER HEADLESS BODY BEHIND CKHS SCHOOL. PLUS MANY MORE!
