Missing Evidence Halts Inquest into Inmate’s Mysterious Death

The inquest into the tragic death of Cordayro Joseph, a prison inmate who was found hanging in his cell on Christmas Eve 2018, faced a significant setback as key evidence went missing.

The hearing, which began a year ago, has been adjourned until November 20 due to the absence of crucial documentation and evidence.

Expert witnesses from the Forensic Evidence Recovery Unit disclosed that a log book containing essential details about the prison environment was nowhere to be found.

Additionally, they revealed that important evidence, such as a string around Joseph’s neck, was neither sent for forensic analysis nor presented in court.

Joseph’s family and their attorneys expressed frustration, while his mother emphasized the need for truth amid ongoing delays.

  1. Does this happen any place else but Antigua?

Could someone point me to a similar article in another jurisdiction?

This place is a cartoon country with majority cartoon persons.

  2. Shugy should be a George Santos, stay in office until the courts declare you need to go. Instead he buckled and abandoned the people of SMS. He’s a weak Leader. Buckled under pressure.
