  2. Not a good start to this New Year. Pray she is safe and either returns of her own violation or is found and brought safely back.
    We have been seeing too many of these notices in recent times and then when they are found there seems to be no follow up. What can be done by the families, the communities, the authorities to circumvent these situations.
