  1. Question to minister of tourism

We have a lovely Villa with pool near sugar ridge which we would consider offering but the trouble is the bars and club near where we live is like living in the ghetto with the increase in gun crime, loud music until early hours in the morning – would the delegates want to live in that environment as we are having to ?? If it’s good enough for us is it good enough for the delegates ?? I would say not !

    • Exactly…. With so many robberies carry on if they robbing locals WHAT WILL THEY DO TO FOREIGNERS

HOW IS THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM INTENDS TO KEEP THE INFLUX OF TOURISTS SAFE …. Isn’t their safety PRIORITY before shelter

  2. Accuracy out the window…
    ‘Seeds 2024’ ?????
The Ministry of Tourism doesn’t know the correct acronym for use in their media release?

    Jokers all.

  3. I think our PM is in over his head with this SIDS conference. I am sure he wished he’d never committed to having it in Antigua.
I just returned from a 30 minute drive to St. John’s. Antigua looks terrible. The roads are worse than ever. Drains left on covered. Huge pot holes in the road. All the triming of trees, etc. has exposed the rundown buildings that were hidden, the broken guard rails and unsightly abandoned cars.
ANTIGUA LOOKS LIKE AN UNKEPT ISLAND THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS DESPERATELY TRYING TO PRETTY UP TO SAVE FACE.
A little to late Mr. PM. If you’d cleaned it up for us, the people of Antigua, you wouldn’t be faced with what will surely be an embarrassment when your high powered, international standard guest arrive.
