  2. I’ve lived in Antigua most of my life, I’m almost 50-years-old, and I find it amusing how some of my fellow country men act as though sex tourism is unheard of in these parts. My grandparents told me the unsavory tales of the British and American sailors when they docked on our shores in the 1930s and 40s, there are even blogs where tourist discuss where the best ‘fish’ is on sale in Antigua. It’s as if individuals are willfully ignoring an open secret.

    • I have heard of the same sailor tales, but from the 70’s and 80. Also, I’ve heard of Wendy’s, Bruce’s and Skels. Anyway, what consenting adults choose to do in their bedrooms is their business. However, if the groups are more than the 25 that is currently allowed to commune in one room, then it becomes a gov’t business. But until then, it’s no one’s business. There are currently little to no travel restrictions for tourist arriving in Antigua. Let’s focus on reducing our COVID-19 infection rate, and not be distracted.

  3. Why don’t they just ban it? Obviously it’s going to be a large group over the allowed set so I say just ban it now. Plus it doesn’t fall within our Christian values. Carry that nastiness elsewhere!!

    • I agree with Time to ban, is it money at any cost? When we are in a national crisis we want to call on God/Jesus he is not a God of convenience. We want the Church to pray, man up and ban the foolishness. How much more curse should we embrace.
