The Ministry of Sports has expressed deep sorrow at the passing of one of its esteemed coaches, Coleen. In a statement, staff members extended their heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
“Rest in eternal peace, Coleen. You will be missed not only by your coworkers but also by the students whose lives you touched through your time as a Netball Coach,” the statement read.
Coleen was known for her dedication to the sport and her unwavering commitment to nurturing young talent. Her impact on the netball community was profound, with many recalling her passion, mentorship, and encouragement both on and off the court.
The Ministry of Sports reaffirmed its appreciation for her years of service and acknowledged her invaluable contributions to the development of netball in the country.
