The Ministry of Agriculture sends warm wishes to Mr. Paul Lucas as he embarks on a new journey in the Cayman Islands after serving as CARDI Representative in Antigua and Barbuda.
In his place, Mr. Junior Orlando Greene assumes the role of CARDI Representative for Antigua, Barbuda, and Montserrat.
A courtesy visit by Mr. Greene and CARDI Executive Director, Mr. Ansari Hosein to the Ministry allowed for discussions with Permanent Secretary Sandra Joseph, fostering collaboration in the field of agriculture and research within the region.
