Mental Health Programme Coming for Civil Servants
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda is moving to address mental health challenges within the public service, following Cabinet’s recognition of a growing need for psychological support among civil servants.
During Thursday’s post-Cabinet briefing, Director General of Communications Maurice Merchant confirmed that the issue was discussed at length. He stated, “Another major issue that was pointed out is not only the physical health of workers, but the mental aspect of workers.”
Merchant noted that several departments had raised concerns about staff experiencing emotional and psychological strain:
“A number of departments have expressed that there are challenges with individuals who are facing various forms of mental distress.”
In response, the Cabinet has tasked the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Transformation with designing a programme to provide support. “The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Transformation have been charged to come up with a plan, a program, to address the mental health of members of the public sector,” Merchant said.
He added that details of the initiative will be announced soon: “That will be addressed very shortly and you will hear from the Cabinet on decisions that are taken in this regard.”
The new programme is part of broader efforts to improve working conditions and staff well-being across the public sector.

Interestingly, some medical profesionals in the USA stated that a few years after the pandemic, there will be a rise in non-communicable diseases (strokes, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases, heart diseases etc.) which usually stems from factors like lifestyle, generic and environmental exposure.
This they proclaimed because of the effects of COVID-19, a communicable disease, meaning it can be passed on from person to person or animal to person just like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, measels etc.
They added, that there will also be a sharp rise in mental health problems and it is done deliberately for BIG Pharma to be able to create new drugs and the sample of participantes for these clinical trials are now available worldwide because most people in the world took the vaccine.
Is it just me? Have anyone else taken notice that there is a definite sharp increase in all these things the medical professionals have asserted?
FYI— some have even lost their medical license and their ability to practice when they were making such claims.
This is not an endictement against the government of Antigua and Barbuda because other leaders worldwide that did not play along have mysteriously being unlived.
Even though the mainstream media is not talking about it much in the USA, I know too many people in this 108 square mile developing country where there is a sharp rise in the claims made by these medical professionals out the gate at the height of scrambbling for a vaccine. A real legitimate reason for this is the trauma of isolation that many experienced at the time, they further stated.

It really is not popular to speak truth anymore of to give an opinion that does not go along with the masses. However, is it unreasonable to find out the true effects of these vaccines that were created in record time? Is it crazy to ask Ai what it thinks if Ai was a part of this record of coming up with a vaccine – alledgedly? Are we just accepting whatever is told to us and not having a child-like curiousity that even the Bible encourages? Were these medical mercenaries right or just blowing Smoke?

The management in civil service creates the mental problems. Especially the ones in health you have at least two witches residing there.
