A late-night shooting in Roseau has left one man dead and another in police custody.
Authorities say Arthur Bozel was shot around 10:30 p.m. on Independence Street. Officers responding to reports of gunfire found him wounded; he later died.
Investigators have detained a suspect but have not disclosed his identity or any suspected motive. Police are urging anyone with information to assist as inquiries continue into the killing, which occurred in a heavily trafficked area of the capital.
