Man injured in early-morning home invasion in All Saints

Police are investigating a home invasion that left a 52-year-old man injured on lower All Saints Road near the Craft Market.

The attack occurred around 2:15 a.m. on Friday when an intruder reportedly broke into the man’s home while he slept. The homeowner was allegedly struck twice in the face with a metal object after telling the suspect he had no money.

Emergency services treated the man at the scene before taking him to hospital, where he required several stitches. He is in stable condition.

Police have searched the area and spoken to residents but have made no arrests. The suspect remains at large. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department.
