Antigua and Barbuda Police are investigating an incident in Piccadilly that left a man with head injuries on Sunday night.
Officers were called around 8:00 p.m. and found the man lying on the roadside. He was taken to Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he remains under care.

The victim told police he had been walking along the main road when a white car approached from behind with its headlights switched off. He said he jumped to avoid the vehicle, fell, and struck his head.
Police say inquiries are continuing.

I believe the person who did that thought, because of the way he’s dress,he could be involved in criminal activities.
What a slippery slope we are on when others can harm because how you are dressed makes you look like you are going to engage in criminal activity.

The government should get solar powered streetlight with camera combination out of china to replace all existing streetlights system and help the police and government solve crimes.
