Main opposition to launch Vision Forum

The UPP will launch the National Vision Forum, a community-wide
discussion series aimed at promoting the Party’s Policy PLATFORMS.

Political Leader, Senator Harold Lovell and his team, will present the UPP’s transformative development agenda under the theme TALENTS: A NEW PERSPECTIVE.

This town hall-style meeting will provide a dynamic, interactive opportunity for citizens to engage in comprehensive consultations and provide ideas and aspirations on a range of issues that affect Antigua and Barbuda.

“It is extremely important that we hear directly from the people. We want to harness their insights and intelligence about the direction in which they would like to see this country go.

These engaging discussions will provide invaluable feedback to help strengthen and finetune our policies and programmes which we refer to as our TALENT POOL. We will delve into a range of areas that affect the quality of life and future opportunities for citizens and
businesses alike” said Senator Harold Lovell.

The first NVF will be held on Thursday, December 14th at the Antiguan and Barbuda Workers Union HQ, starting promptly at 6:30 PM.
Presentations will be made by dynamic UPP Candidates on a range of issues related to TALENTS.

The Q & A segment will facilitate the participation of citizens in attendance as well as online.
The forum will be carried live on Crusader Radio 107.3 FM and live streamed on facebook.com/itsmyupp.

  3. without a VISION, the people will certainly perish!! Harold Lovell had his chance and he single-handedly ruined it when he was Finance Minister. The people will not forget the HORRIBLE FINANCIAL DECISIONS made while he headed that ministry. And now he seriously thinks he can become the ACTUAL PM of this twin-island nation??? He has no friends to tell him the truth. I hope they would at lest tell him if he had halitosis or spinach stuck in between his teeth,

  5. which economy did harold destroy and how? @real talk nonesense which economy in the world had a good growing economy? from late 2008 to 2011 . history will show that under alp government the economy had 50% fall from 7% growth to 3.5 a fact and that was between 1985 to 92 there about. plus growth under the this finance minister after collecting over a billion has gone no where after a 4.7 left by harold and the Upp — sources— world bank ,ECCB, AND WORLD ECONOMIC OUT LOOK AND LESTER BIRD CABINATE NOTE SIGN BY HIM 2001 07 SEPTEMBER AND THE OUTLET NEWS PAPER . friday 05 july 2002 –but thru all the dismal performance of labour party ,they were still voted in time and time again. and this minister of finance minister who is not a banker anyway. has no track record of having any successful business in the past ,has shown he knows nothing about running countries finance. thats according to his JR. thats a fact
