( Hope that is true) He has been licking his corrupt lips, in anticipation of filling his pockets with the 100 million road construction load. The red skin , Spanish looking one has been using government vehicles, paid time and resources to support the big Serian contract. The king is another- has his on road construction company and using government resources to fill his pocket. That engineering department is a cesspool of corruption. So none of the two other senior engineers should be given that job.
   Calling on the PM of this country to choose someone with good administrative skills. Someone that can manage and provide leadership, not bullshit. Wesley James would be the only person in the system that stands out. Otherwise please find someone, even if you have to bypass and promote a junior officer or bring in someone from outside – even outside of Antigua.
   They please look at the unsupervised companies that have been mincing our economy, with producing quality lasting roads.
   The government must now step up on the infrastructure, in particular the roads and also the water distribution. I don’t rate the APUA manager also. He was water manager before and did not produce a thing- put him on notice as well.

   I hear you and I know you speak the truth. But the politicians alone cannot change a culture of corruption. We the people should demand it. And I don’t know how to get it done either. But it sickens my stomach to the core. Over thirty years ago I had my first dealing with Mr. Crump on a job site to which he wa appointed to monitor as the engineer from the government side. He came to the site and said in no uncertain terms will he approve any work that is not done by his company. When you face such a brazent level of corruption there is nothing you can do but to cooperate. Public Servants are allowed to be employed at the same time while they also have their private sector. This stems from an old saying from Papa Bird. When his minister who were also lawyers with private office could still sit in his cabinet. I’m not sure if Sir Steadroy Benjamin has given up his private practice while being the Attorney General. Something to look into. Gaston Bronwe did say he has stopped his investment into certain things, however he has ventured into farming to make a point. I mean it is a thin line. And where do you draw the line. It remains that the government get short changed when people have to split their time into private and public.
   I mean this is not just an Antigua thing. Just look at what is happening lately openly in the USA. Trump is cashing in big time with his businesses. And so is Elon Musk. That is why America cannot correct us any longer. They simply do not have the moral authority to do so.
   Trump taking big bribes from Qatar and other wealthy Arab States. Makes what our corrupt politician here in this hemmingsphere do looks like they are just petty cookie thieves.

    I had hope a more intelligent respond from you. That is if you are the same Patriot that used to be the manager of the Antigua Lottery. But then again. That Patriot is smarter then that. Numbers games like lotter are based on pure luck. They are monitored by external bodies. The server of the lottery is behind lock and seal where no one can access it. The draws are monitored by a renowned Accounting Firm. It is a matter of the ODDS. Probability calculation. if I blindfold you and make you ride at a crossing at 12:00AM. Changes are you will cross safely to the other side. However if I do that at 12:00PM the odds will change. The more people play the lottery the more the odds that someone will win changes.     Yes you can say whatever you want and that is your right. And stupid people can and will say stupid things. Lotteries all over the world are accepted as the most transparent games of luck. And the draw is done in the open under expert supervision. The balls are weighted and placed in the ball. And the wind is blown into the ball and the lucky ball is then pushed through the opening and no one can influence that. And when their is a winner announced and the winner does not present themselves the monies are transferred to the next Jackpot. The owners of the lottery cannot touch those funds. Or redirect them to themselves. There was once in the past a winner that did not come forward. Because people do lose their ticket. They have ninety days to present themselves to the Lottory office with the winning ticket. That ticket will have to be verified by the computer system. Again you may say and believe what you want, but the Lotto all over the world has produced many millionaires. I to be clear. I don’t play, cause I do not believe I have the luck.
