  1. That’s why i dont like overy polite ppl…RETIRE THE MAN IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CIVILSERVICE [if what you say is true]

BTW WHY IS BARBUDA ROAD PURE DUST….THEM SUFFERUNG TOO

  2. Get rid a the man, forth with. Total nonsense, and The detector order of order and blatantly rude. Fire him with no pension, he don’t need it

  3. I am not here to defend Alden Crump but it is disgusting and wrong for anyone muchless a country’s leader to literally strip a public servant so bare on public media without the benefit of him being there to defend himself. This is wrong and unfortunate in every sense. If the government is dissatisfied with Mr Crumps performance by all means call him in behind closed doors and read him the riot act, even if it means transferring or removing him from the substantive position. But to castigate and belittle him and to embarrass him in such a public manner is disgusting and shameful. It also sends an unfortunate message to other employers of how government treats even its senior employees.

  4. This director is the biggest waste of time ever. He is all about self enrichment. In the brothers and kool pockets. He looses every document landed on his desk PM, from cabinet decisions, to contracts, to invoices.
As for road repairs and construction he is not involved in any project. Has anyone seen him on any project that he is not making a side change.
He got there by political affiliation more than by working. Pm the other red skin one also is driving government vehicles, using government equipment and materials on private construction jobs. In fact both engineers Surname begin with the letter K and the red one with first name begin with C. If Wesley James was awarded the Director of PWD those slackness would have been a thing of the past.
Wesley is the only person that was around PWD that will give you an honest work and professionally. He shoots as straight as an arrow and don’t care play politics. He is a good administrator and someone that will get the work done to perfection.
Worthless Crump was chosen over Wesley because he played up …. Don’t worth a fart!

  5. Truth again treasury workers are getting wealthy , don’t talk about those customer officers overnight. Anyhow PM one such custom officer is now the ALP care taker up east. Question :Is it ok when a comrade rip off the country. God na sleep that is why I want Alex to wip his butt although I don’t like UPP.

  6. I am not a labourite and will never be because you all are corrupt to the core but I agree if crump not performing properly get rid of him I am a pensioner and the roads are destroying my vehicle and I need it to get around besides the little change from social security not doing much for me I am hand to mouth and scarcely that

  7. The prime minister is right, expose him. We are suffering with the bad conditions on the road. They start fixing Parham back road and instead of finishing the road they gone. As soon as the rain start fall the road a go wash way and full a pot hole again. Please put the tar on the road to prevent that from happening or the material they put there would go to waste.

  8. It seems as if its Mr crump out in the field fixing the roads yes the buck stops at his doorstep. weather he knows or not I thought that he has supervisor that are and should be in the field carrying out the order of the day I think if these supervisors and workman’s put the necessary time and coordination in the job can be done
Government workers has bin this way forever this is an issue that has to be resolved by Mr crump and the supervisors at pwd this in not a one mans issue .i think it was rude and disrespectful of Mr brown briwn.the country should give him 60 days to fix the bullshit in the country that he turns a blind eye too .

  9. I’m not a fan of the PM Browne’s brash style of dealing with situations, but if everything he said is true then I totally support him in this instance. We might have the worst roads in the Caribbean and somebody needs to be held accountable, either for their incompetence or purposeful neglect.

  10. Workers in the treasury get their cut when they push through certain people voucher and that is a fact that’s why the small businesses got knock about

  11. Whilst you are on that topic, what are you going to do about the head of Social Security, who promised that all outstanding social security payments would have been brought up to date by the first quarter of 2024. Not only are people not paid, but so many serious mistakes are made by workers there, that qualified people KYANT get their payments yet. Make a call to that office and find out about all the NANSENSE that those people are doing with people’s money. When you do, would you give the manager 60 days??

  12. Talk about throwing sonebodty under the bus and all four wheels run over them. Its you and your governments incompetency mr PM. The buck stops with you. But like the coward bully you are, pass the buck as usual. Your incompetency is as plain and naked as the emperor with no clothes.

  13. When UPP was in power did u hear the PM and his minions blaming civil servants for the failures of the UPP? Nope. Mr PM, part of being a competent leader is to get tge job done. In almist every department of government the jib is been done efficiently. Stop trying to fool the people. The prob is u and u government. Own up like a man. If u cant run the country give it to upp. They didva better job with the same people.

  14. @Audley Phillip November 10, 2024 At 9:42 am
When the roads are bad and the public demands that something is done, we always blame the politician. This is the first politician that goes to the public and expose who the problem is. While at the same time taking accountability. But it is our right to know exactly were the cookie crumbles. Many public servants hide behind their desks while they are the ones cause all these pain to the public. We have seen that at APUA. No matter what amount of money the government spend to solve the problem, some are hell bend not to make it work. Alwin is one such person. And no matter how much he has been spoken to, he doesn’t care. That is why the PM is not taking him to the public. Crump can also come to the public to tell his side of the story. Which by the way he did last on ABS TV. Burford had an entire interview with him in his office. I guess who he blamed. The supervisors who are not doing their job and he claim he cannot fire them because their union contract protect them.
You may not like the PM style of governance as I have told you before, but it works for him. Everyone has their own style. My style is, A workplace is not a democracy. You follow orders, directives. And if you don’t I’ll show you the door. And I’ll keep you in court to fight for your severance for years. But I will not let the inmates run the assylum.
