I don’t blame MP Simon. UPP has nothing going on for it. Gisele BOYCOTT SHUGY 1-YEAR BY-ELECTION ANNIVERSARY activity. Well other Executive members boycott too. Neither Chairman or Leaders showed up to support MP Simon. He has every right to be looking elsewhere. UPP is not loyal to him, so why should he be loyal to UPP??? you thinkthe CHAOS DEMON easy???

I’m not sure the Prime Minister realizes how poorly this reflects on him as well. The fact that a member feels comfortable approaching him with that type of conversation suggests it is either something he has done in the past or actively encourages. As the saying goes, *when you dig a grave, dig two.* This speaks volumes about the integrity of the leadership.

PM your dislike for Shuggy was not because you think he’s rude or full of himself as you say, your afraid to accept him because you know your wife has a soft spot for young, muscled men. MP Simon has indicated that he has no interest in flipping his seat like Anthony Smith for instance, and must be given the benefit of the doubt over what ever PM Browne puts out there. The fact is MP Simon has stature, he BEAT PM Browne twice at the polls in a year. MP Simon is a shadow Minister in the Ministry that covers Sports. If PM Browne wants transformative politics in Antigua and Barbuda he should listen to the voice who humbled him twice within a year at the polls.
All this nonsense that MP Simon bought a boat from campaign money etc is utter nonsense. He is Antiguan and should live happy like anyone else. Frankly, PM Browne and Foreign Minister Chet Greene should save their energy to deal with Donald Trump and Marco Rubio, his Secretary of States. I hope both will act like real men and stand up with Madam PM Mottley of Barbados when they will try anything to keep Cuba and Venezuela in the Stone Age. Will they stand up, or wobble and buckle at their knees? Will they become Judas Iscariots who will sell out the Caribbean? Save the energy PM Browne and Chet Greene for much more serious issues that will affect Antigua and the Caribbean.
