Browne urges ABLP supporters not to take victory for granted
Prime Minister Gaston Browne is cautioning supporters of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party against complacency ahead of the next general election.
Speaking on his weekly radio programme, Browne warned that despite positive indicators, party supporters should not assume victory is guaranteed and must remain fully engaged in the campaign.
He said disciplined organizing and voter turnout will be critical, stressing that elections are ultimately decided at the polls and not by projections or expectations.
The prime minister’s remarks come as political activity intensifies in the lead-up to an anticipated election.
