Leadership at the community level is not defined solely by political titles, ambition, or public visibility during election cycles. True leadership is measured by consistency, accessibility, and a genuine commitment to people over time. In St. Phillip’s North, these qualities have come to define the public presence and community work of Mr. Randy Baltimore, whose engagement reflects a steady, people-centered approach to service.
Mr. Baltimore has become a familiar and respected figure across the constituency, not through grandstanding or rhetoric, but through presence and participation. As St. Phillip’s North looks toward the future, it is equally vital to acknowledge and honor the foundation laid by decades of dedicated public service. The constituency owes a profound debt of gratitude to Sir Robin Yearwood, whose more than five decades of service stand as one of the most remarkable legacies in the political history of Antigua and Barbuda. Sir Robin Yearwood’s legacy is one of resilience, commitment, and service to country. It is a legacy that will undoubtedly continue to guide expectations of leadership within St. Phillip’s North for years to come. There is little doubt that his contribution will remain firmly embedded in the constituency’s history and collective memory.

In embodying these principles, Mr. Randy Baltimore represents a continuation of community-centered leadership, while ensuring that the enduring legacy of Sir Robin Yearwood is not only acknowledged, but honored. The truth! I will like to see a Baltimore get elected in st Phillips north willikies and not just a figurehead , Alex is a Baltimore and so is randy, they both are great nephews to each other grandparents, and robin has kept down the Baltimore’s which is the biggest family in willikies for years, he took their farm lands which was locate by the coastal areas, and kept them subjugated throughout the years because some wasn’t so educated, so Alex and Randy as Baltimore has come forward to remedy the ills perpetrated upon this community and ancestors, which randy fail to speak to, he thinks he is entitled by been a labor party supporter, but we want to hear you say you will address the ills of our community, the generational land resource injustice done by robin yearwood whose ideology was more for his white class, he took the lands all around the coastal areas and sold them to his white friends and some in his shell company.
If anything further happen to robin and his inheritors decide to sell out the coastal lands the fishermen in willikies area won’t be able to ply their trade. As a matter a fact a fisheries complex should be in order up this area, and road linkages between newfield and gheinnor pasture or grey as it is called, the historical grievances should be spoken to, my brother randy stand up and talk for the people and don’t show that it’s just an upward mobility for you and to be Gaston’s marionette, I speak to you respectfully.
On the other hand there is confidence that Alex will address the ills if st phillip north, he is coming from the opposite of where robin has place us, dispossessed of lands and infrastructure.
Robin has become institutionalized for four generations who was born and grew up to think god place robin in charge of their lives and there is no other way.
It is going to be hard to erase or get another political representative whether ALP or UPP in the st phillip north constituency.
But Alex has broken that barrier, if Alex wins, all the people will be taken care of, even randy because he is Alex cousin. But if randy wins, the robin unipolar ideology and administration will continue, randy will have to protect robin gains, he going have to fight the villagers to maintain white people owning all the sea fronts lands, will randy ever defend ackleys bar that is to be demolish because robin sold all those lands to that white man after he bought asot little property?
The Baltimore must bring justice to the indigent and all whose parent or ancestral lands were taken by robin, land redistribution must take place.
I end here with love for Alex and Randy who are both Baltimore’s.
Crook?
Because he will be like all the rest. When GB tells them jump, they will ask how high and that’s what matters
Why is there so many unanimous opinions praising labour candidates and denigrating UWP candidates on this portal???
Is that what journalism is all about?
Is that why this news portal was birthed?
Where is the professionalism?
It bothers me that fkr political.mileage in this our polarized society of Antigua and Barbuda there is no truth, honesty, impartiality, and professionalism in the media and especially at ANR.
Where isbthe conscience of those behind the publication?
Anyhow, Randy has become all that you wished for and characterized him as since his selection as the ALP candidate.
A here was he prior when Alex Browne had all the youths in the hotels where he worked?
Where was Baltimore when Alex Browne sat at the corner and at the pubs wirh them reassuring them that a better day was ahead?
Wasn’t Randy Baltimore at the Customs Department squeezing out their eyes?
I guess it suits you the writer so you are seeing and want us to see only the good according to you.
No.way!!
What i will say is this.
Show me tou company and I will tell you who you are.
Randy Baltimore has chosen to aling himself with the peoe.who Anthony “Babyface Judas” Smith so aptly described.
If you feast with the devil you are a devil.
If you patrol with the devil you are a devil
Randy chose.to align himself with the wickedness that is happening in antigua, that makes him just as wicked.
Ask him his views on the present US Visa debacle.
He will blame the UPP.
He will find no fault with his leader and government.
Ask his views on the PWD/car scandal.
Like a programed recorder he will find no fault while you the poor tax payers has to repay for the corruption and thievery that he supports.
If that’s leadership I do not want to be a leader.
If tou want more of ALP corruption and scandal, vote Randy Baltimore.
If you want more of Gaston’s lies, deceit, boastfullness, arrogance ineptitude and failure, vote Randy Baltimore in St Phillips North.
More of the same will strengthen the call for change.
It will not give a different result.
More of Baltimore will be more of the failed representation of Robin Yearwood.
St Phillips North and all of Antigua deserves better.
Today, Antigua’s mane is in the gutter.
This is so whenever an ALP regime is in office.
Today Antiguans are not certain if they can board a flught to the US.
That’s thanks to Gaston and the ALP.
Do you the writer feel happy about that?
If you do and you want more then vote Randy Baltimore.
If you want an antigua that your children and grandchildren can be proud of, then it is time to tell Randy Baltimore and the ALP, NO MORE!!!!
The truth! You did not print my blog on st Phillips north and robin and Alex and Randy, but it infected you that you became bias and withhold it, there shall be no balkanization between supported of Alex or randy because they are all Baltimore’s, one that will challenge the status quo and one who is entitled because of ALP affiliation.
Randy must talk out on our grievances as Alex does
