Well from what I just read seems like the female inmate runs the female division…..Why is this female inmate so highly favored and gets special treatment?? Does she inform or “rat” on other inmates? Is she connected with influential people? Does she had a big bank account? Is she secretly dating someone at the top of the system??? Or maybe she is just has a really likeable personality that far exceeds that of any other female inmate….Hmmmmmm……..An inmate only gets special treatment if he/she has some form of high value to the officials in charge…..
