I am no longer in a position to be running around , emailing, texting, calling, visiting Social security anymore concerning this matter. Today Tuesday 18th November 2025 @ 11:12am marks 2 years to the minute that I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance not knowing if I was going to live. Today marks 2 years since a medical certificate was done and today marks 2 years that I have not yet received anything from Social Security.Everyone reading this email will know ALL the reasons why that is so and as of today i am leaving it alone.

@Wrong Place. The medical certificate was the sick leave form sent to SS. Isn’t that where these r sent so that one can collect the other part of their money after work place would have paid their 40%. Thinking out loud cuz jeeez!!!!

Why should anyone have to wait 2 years?.. and why should any one have to wait 2 years on the proper process to get their money? And on another matter (kinda similar in a way) why should a pensioner have to wait almost 5 years after filing for pensions to receive it? Is it that pensioners are the least?.. and is it that SS waiting for them/pensioners to die?

I agree. It’s pure nonsense, when you get paid , the first money deducted is social security and Medical…….. I can’t understand for the life of me why it’s so hard to get back any funds from social. The process is ridiculous and needs urgent attention.
It took my wife 11 months to get paid from social after she went on maternity leave – I mean WTF…
What if a single mom was to be on maternity with no other means of income ???? Wa she haffi do ? BEG ? after contributing to SS every month !!!!!

First all working people should be informed as to how the system and process works.
It use to be called “Orientation” when you start a job all your venifits are reviews and provided in a booklet or digitally. Today it’s called “Onboarding”
