Dear Editor,
I need your urgent opinion, should I file a lawsuit against President Trump to end the suspension for green card issuance for the 75 countries including Antigua & Barbuda? Send your urgent response in the comments section. They will be read.
Argument, irreparable harms being suffered, especially for those who are in contract with DHS/USCIS as they paid for application to be adjudicated timely and fairly in accordance to the administrative procedure act (APA) and that there are less harmful and tremendously reliable methods that DHS/USCIS may employ to vet applicants without having to completely stop the adjudication of applications for paying applicants and those applying for immigration humanitarian relief.

The USA is doing the right thing. Antigua government was deporting other Caribbean nationals and they didn’t go to court. Please stay in your country and keep your eyes off of America.
Yes you can sue. Not sure that you can win though. America doesn’t want us there. It is their country. They are a sovereign nation and have a right to accept or reject any outsiders.
If your country is so bad that you can’t fathom staying there perhaps you should consider suing your own government for creating this situation.

That’s the perfect response. Under the ABLP Antiguans for the most part feel like second class citizens in their own country. I have heard stories of Antiguans trying to get land for housing and agricultural production and outsiders are more favored, I personally know of a couple of cases. Several years ago when Lester was in office I was promised a piece of land that my dad used to cultivate and it was given to someone who came back from England. That is why I will vote any party that doesn’t have the letters ALP in it even though a B was added
