Dear Editor,
I wanted to share my thoughts about the investigation into the unidentified body found a couple of weeks ago. It’s pretty unsettling, especially since there’s concern it could be someone we know, like David Passo Orden.
From what I’ve heard, the police confirmed the body found in Swetes, Antigua, was that of a murder victim. They say the cause of death was stab wounds, and they’re working hard to identify him while figuring out what happened. This was since March 13 or so.
They even secured some important forensic evidence before the remains were buried after the post-mortem and an x-ray
The discovery of the body came after residents reported a bad smell in the area for days, which is pretty alarming if you ask me.
But now, with no updates coming in, it’s only making our worries worse. Personally, I think families and friends of the missing deserve some closure, and our community deserves to know what’s going on.
I really hope the police can provide more updates soon. Transparency could help ease a lot of fears and build trust with the community.

In a public matter such as this, secrecy leads to speculation that could hurt families concerned unnecessarily. What’s there to hide, or not hide…
I ask that you be patient since we don’t have the capabilities to do DNA or forensic testing here.
Are we up to date with our payments to the people render such service to us is another whole new question
Families of missing persons should have gotten to view that body to even identify clothing !

A partcially decomposed body was found weeks ago and it seems like they are fighting to give us an identity. many people are missing today and the nation is left wondering who dould this person be. almost like a scene from a LMN Movie. They a very good at spending money, they are very good at hiding money, they are also very good a lying, but one thing we know they are not good at, is finding missing people, and solving crimes.

Rumor has it, that this body belongs to that of the LGBTQ Activist. but we can’t say other wise until they release an official statement. I really thing that these matter creates a spirit, they make people scared and to be waiting forever for closure is wild.
We seems to always wanna place the blame on the media house. but every media house does their best in informing the public on matters in the country. Sometimes i wonder if is the police or these good for nothing news media that are keeping information from us. oh by the way, a letter won’t get us answers. To many going on, we get two days of news and then the media goes quiet as hell. WHO THE DECOMPOSED BODY BELONGS TO? WHY DID ANGELA KIDNAP AND MURDER THE 9 YEAR OLD? The police do not do their job well, nor do we see the government demanding that they do their job well, they are also lacking equipment.
I think it’s time we have a DNA bank in Antigua for every person who were born. We are now in the twenty-first century and we need such facility so our law enforcement can do their job properly.
