Is Angela Mejia here legally or not?
I’ve heard conflicting reports about this person’s legal status here in Antigua & Barbuda.
Police allege this person has confessed to killing precious 9- year- old Chantel Crump.
I have heard quite unsettling reports about different times when Angela’s legitimate time here was up.
I would like a statement from the Immigration Department stating whether this person is or is not here legally.
It is a valid and important question that we demand be answered.

How many charges were brought against her? Enquiring minds would like to know.
She may not have been however now that she is a guest of the state she is legal as a born Antiguan.
Foreigners working for the government do not need work permit.

The handlers are smart. They get the girls hooked on coke. Then they play like they have no coke to give them when they already have it in the house or refuse to give them until they do x y or z. All of you. Stop behaving like Trump and his redneck supportets. The majority of the inmates at the prison are born and bred Antiguans. We have a problem as a country. Yes this particular murder was allegedly done by someone born here of Dominician roots. She is not a Dominicana. She is Antiguan. This same crap arguement was used when the gruesome murders on the yacht off Barbuda happened. Who were the murderers? Born Antiguan and Barbudans. My point is this is a bigger issue. Let’s face the fact that our people have changed. This is not the same Antigua. But in a few weeks, we will be back to business as usual until the next murder. Are we willing to change our life styles? Are our men willing to accept their responsibility as fathers? Are we willing to spend time with our family? Are we willing to love and nurture our children? Are we willing to lead by example? Etc. Etc. Talk ia cheap.
Somebody else is involved and she’s protecting them because it’s going to reveal too much so she might kill herself or they kill her so we will not be able to get the evidence we need.

I am sorry but I read her time was up some tme in February so she is here illegally as of now. This was on one of the platforms just yesterday. I stand corrected.
When the child was picked up in that car. It said there were 2 persons in the car. So why only one person is taking the rap? It surely smells fishy,it must be fish.

Most Antiguan’s don’t even know the immigration laws, much less those who govern the island.
The question is. Does Antigua have citizenship by birth?
So if someone who is outside the Commonwealth/non-citizen, travel to Antigua pregnant, have their baby while on vacation, is that child automatically a citizen of that island/country?
Immigration laws are very technical, but from what I’ve seen from the comments of the DR community leader, they have claimed her as a Dominicana citizen and member, not an Antiguan.
So need to be able to differentiate between those two lines. Does borning in a country to a none citizen, and borning to a citizen of that country is the same status?
