The Police Force has announced that it has now increased the reward offered for credible information that can lead to the successful recapture of triple murder accused, Delano Forbes, from $10,000 to $50,000.

This is the second time the reward has been increased since the triple murder accused escaped police custody of February 12, during an evidence gathering expedition in Swetes Village. On February 27, the Force had announced an increase in the reward amount from $5,000, which they announced on the 19th of February, to $10,000.

The announcement comes one day after the death of 62-year-old Morrison Thomas aka Chung of Mathews All Saints, who is said to have been found laying in a pool of blood in his home by his daughter yesterday. However, Police PRO, Inspector Frankie Thomas is warning residents not to rush to link the suspected homicide to Forbes.

“It’s far too early to make such a connection. Further investigations will dictate. We just urge the public to continue to be vigilant and report all suspicious activities, related or otherwise,” he said.

Thomas said the new reward forms part of the police’s continued efforts in their hopes of getting Forbes “off the streets.”

Members of the public with information are asked to contact the Rapid Response Unit at 764-2310 or the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or 462-3914 without delay.

Forbes is accused of killing Wilfred ‘Bongo’ Williams, Shawn Henry and Lisue Williams. All three men were killed last year and the police said earlier they found jars of what appeared to be blood at Forbes’ home when they were investigating in December

  1. Someone has to be helping this guy. How can someone be on the run for so long in a small island like Antigua. Smh Police what are you doing??

  2. $50,000 finally they are getting warm with the reward money. A mere $10,000 for allegedly committing 3 heinous murders was a joke.

I pray to God that Delano Forbes is recaptured, receives justice, and some serious help.

  3. Now it’s time for the bounty hunters to step in . I wish everyone the best of luck and urge people to be careful and sensible . As for the officers that were charged , the authorities should wait until Forbes is recaptured to proceed with the case . Forbes ” release ” may have a cost to society .

  4. For money, you all will do anything. Greedy wicked set of people. No one should ever have to get money to do the right and honorable thing. I would turn him in for free and if the money was given to me, i would have given it to charity.

  5. Should be 50k for him dead or alive u see how fast them licensed friemarms users come out.
Hurry up and catch he Jack

  6. They should send out the army and comb every square foot of this island. Bring in Scotland Yard, the Chinese detectives, and the RCMP. The killer needs to brought in dead or alive, and quickly. If he is brought in alive and is found guilty he should hang by the neck until dead, according to the law. That is the help he needs.
