Corporal Ognel Browne of Langfords has been recorded as the country’s first road fatality of 2018.

Reports reaching ANR indicate that the 43-year-old officer died on the spot of the incident, which occurred around 3 a.m. today (Saturday). While details of how the accident happened are sketchy at this point, he is believed to have been traveling home when the incident occurred.

  1. Sad news..Ok police force are going to have traffic PATROL at nights now?
The country needs it. You don’t work in a bank 8 – 5. You have traffic cops during the day in st John’s issuing parking and seat belt tickets. Then the streets are left unchecked. Nights don’t need any checks especially on the high ways? See were and when most of our major accidents happen.

  2. With whom does the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Committee discuss priority areas for study?

Soon there’ll be no Antiguan lab technicians nor X-ray technicians at Mount St John’s.
What about agricultural technicians and agronomists, public health technicians, industrial engineers and technicians, specialties in the medical field?

    • OK I’m convince that some real stupid people comment on this site
